Case law - child support - father's rights
Laws and court procedures that are "fair on their faces" but administered "with an evil eye or a heavy hand" was discriminatory and violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
It must be stated that while case law is often helpful in appellate and complex actions, it is more helpful to the average user in understanding the decision making logic used by the judiciary in the performance of their jobs.
There have been numerous developments in case law concerning this issue, and you are encouraged to thoroughly investigate the newest decisions in your state concerning child support and ability to pay.

Bora Laskin Law Library - How to locate Case Law
Law journals can also provide access to case law since, like books, authors of articles often refer in the footnotes to important cases that illustrate the points of law they are discussing.
To find cases dealing with insurance law, for example, one could search the indices to the Canadian Cases on the Law of Insurance (C.C.L.I.), which would provide access to a select number of cases on the topic of insurance.
Legal textbooks can provide access to case law since authors generally refer in the footnotes to important cases that illustrate the points of law they are discussing.

 Case law
ACLU Cooperating attorney Mark Henricksen argued the case before the Court of Criminal Appeals in August of 1995 and attempted to convince the Court that the right to privacy applies to all Oklahomans, regardless of sexual orientation.
The case is now before the Kansas Court of Appeals.
Their complaints were not allowed to be extended question the constitutionality of the sodomy law as applied to acts engaged in private.

 IPSEA: case law
Most cases come to court under judicial review and are heard by judges sitting in the High Court.
If in the present case nothing other than a sentence on the lines of ‘£6,000 is allocated to pay for all P’s needs’ has appeared in part 3 of the statement I would have regarded this as not complying with the requirements of specificity contained in the statute and regulations.
Caution: these summaries of case law are meant to help you understand the decisions but may not accurately represent the full legal effect of a case.

 Case Law
Now regarding statutory law, it is correct to say it supercedes common law and some common laws no longer exist (those that have been replaced with statutes as provided for in the Constitution).
The basis for the terminology "Common Law Trust," in this connection, is not that such organizations are the creatures of common law, as distinguished from equity, but that they are created under the common law of contracts and do not depend upon any statute.
The Constitution itself is a common law contract.

 K9 Case Law at K9copper.com
The good news is that in only three cases of the class action, did the court find the K9 handler's and their supervision severely lacking and liable.
The Kerr case, during the jury proceedings, examined the issue of bite ratios.
The court had thrown out the class action case and went forward the three single incidents because it didn't feel that assessing actions en masse was proper.

Abstract Appeal -- by Matt Conigliaro
The trial court in this case held a trial on the dispute.
First, "Terri's Law" required the chief judge of the local circuit court to appoint a guardian ad litem (GAL) to examine Terri's case and advise the Governor.
Under this procedure, the trial court becomes the surrogate decision-maker, and that is what happened in this case.

The Bible Archive - XI Case Law (Romans 4)
Sometimes it's a case exactly like the one in court which will either force the court's hand or it casts the entire process to a higher court of appeals.
In one case the person does the action that merits payment in the other case a person relies on the only one who can make payment.
It is not by the merit of works nor by the merit of belief...if that were the case it would be by law, which only brings death.
