 Defining Racism
Since laws prohibiting racism exist in many countries, courts charged with upholding these laws have had to decide on the legal definition of racism.
Expanding and diluting the term in an attempt to harness its potency to remedy a host of social ills appears to be behind much of the efforts to expand the definition.

I agree that racism exists but in this case we didn't have enough information to be able to make a judgment about the racism of the organizations or individuals involved.
In each case the photographer should have made his case for the action he attributed to the person.
This is a clear case of unconscious racism.
